1. Acceptance of Terms

Upon account closure, any bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to an active wagering requirement will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed identity verification and compliance with these Terms. fd111 will not be liable for any losses a player claims to have suffered as a result of account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.
